It was a very clean hotel and my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast wasn’t to much just cereal and bread and the hotel was located pretty much very far from attractions. The pool was small but we were vacationing and didn’t mind the size of the pool because we weren’t in the hotel much.

The beds were hard and there were stains all over the walls and graffiti in the drawers of the dressers all of them and there was orange paint on the clock in addition to the tub being cracked. Then what I could only think was dried blood splatter on the ceiling. The tv didn't work all that well froze every few seconds. The light and fan fixture in the bathroom area was open and falling just barely hanging on it could have hit my self or my husband if it had fallen. Then when were getting ready to leave we had the door open bags being walked to the car and one of the ladies from the turndown service had a list and said "you need to go check out NOW" in an obviously rude tone.

I will put this as simple as possible do not ever ever ever stay in the Budget Inn I've been to the most worst ghetto places in the world it didn't even compare to these hotels this should be condemned stay away

this hotel is nice place o stay very clean and the area is 25 minutes close to downtown los angeles

The bathroom was the worst that I have encountered in a very long time. The ceiling and walls were covered over in plaster that was peeling and falling off. The bath tub handles didn't work and the floor of the tub was so disgusting that I didn't want to take a shower. The room needed to be gutted and updated.

The first room the entry card did not work. The second room was missing a tv remote and the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom...The stay was just ok................

Upon 2pm arrival, lobby was closed. Waited about 10 minutes for lobby to re-open & check in. Was told that the carpet is damp from just finished steam cleaning. Some piercing noise alarm went off 3 times, 8pm, 11pm, & 2am. The next morning, upon inquiry, person at the front desk said it was a test. Film of dirt on car every morning because bulldozer transferring a mountain of dirt from in front of hotel. Room dark & dingy. Bath mat dirty. Felt like I was starring in a horror movie. They say you get what you pay for, but this room was more expensive than the nice 2 bedroom suite I stayed in a couple of months earlier. Just had to return, unexpectedly & got stuck last minute at this inn.

Old and deformed beds, poor cleaning, carpet smelly, ice machine does not wor, bath does not work, in short, for $ 10.00 more per day you will find something much better.

Let's just say the only thing clean was the bed. I would never come here again. Hotel needs many upgrades and needs to clean their rooms better.

This hotel was really nice for the price. Huge room, plenty of space, fridge, microwave, nice bathroom and shower, good A/C and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again in LA.

Where to even begin...Received harassing prank calls LITERALLY within the hour of me checking in. I informed the RUDE staff members of the hotel, and they didn't care. Nor did they care about the bugs in the room. The bathroom smelled like wet dog/mildew. Apparently this location is RIGHT on the brink of being in the ghetto (Compton). There's never any parking, and did I mention how rude the staff is? My advice: book elsewhere.

Breakfast was least I have seen even for the term "Continental"; staff at desk were not able to help with many issues- i could not call front desk from room- they said I needed to pay $10 deposit for phone; had to reget the password for the internet several time- should have been valid for whole stay- noisy- for same price there are better places in this area- would not stay again

When I arrived the front desk was occupied by two customers who clearly had a complaint. After I arrived, the two clerks (one I assumed to be the manager) turned their attention to me and ignored the other customers. The other customers said, "so is this how you treat your customers when they have a complaint? You disrespect them by not listening to them?" And to my shock, the manager said, "Yes." The customers were shocked themselves and said,"yes? this is how you deal with customers who don't like your service. You ignore them?" The manager said, "yes" again. Now, I don't know the nature of the complaint, but the manager and clerk were extremely rude to the customers. Also, although the room was a non-smoking room--it still wreaked of cigarettes. And, the free continental breakfast is terrible--- mini muffins and some cereal. All in all- i don't think I will ever go to a Budget Inn again.

great staff

room was supposed to be NON smoking but there was a strange smell in the room and a half-smoked cigarette under the A/C unit. at 3AM I was awoken by the train screaming by just across the parking lot from my window! Location is hard to find- in an industrial area, right along the freeway.
