I did notice the hotel is trying to renovate, but floors had too many uneven spots. It was a perfect opportunity to level the floor within the room before laying the new vinyl flooring. I'm sure it's the construction of the building, has shifted over the years, because the upstairs outdoor walkway was at a slat. The mattress were horrible and small, cheap quality bath towels. Ladscaping looks beautful, people at check in were pleasant. Check out individual, did not have any hotel front desk hospitality.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel offers free parking on the premises, but it is limited. The front desk and cleaning staff were professional and pleasant. The hotel location is just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The hotel offers a free breakfast which by the way was the only complaint I had. They offer pre-made omelets every morning and they were tasteless. The only improvement is to adjust the breakfast. Otherwise, my stay was terrific!.

This was not a hotel, this a motel. The room smelled terrible. I had someone knock violently at our door a couple of times . Felt very unsafe and had to leave within 2 hours of being there.

The television in the room was not functional, and unfortunately, I encountered spiders, with one falling on me while I slept. The property experienced some noise from traffic on Artesia Boulevard. While the staff was very pleasant and the continental breakfast was excellent, the presence of the spiders and the street noise detracted from what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

It's clean. Need to recaulk your bathroom fixtures. House keeping needs to knock and wait for an answer before opening the door. House keeping opened my door without knocking, walked over to where i was eating and asked if i needed House keeping, with an attitude. Table is in back of the room.
