I love that the room smelled fresh when I walked in

When purchasing off Orbitz, it guaranteed parking inclided when upon arrival I had to pay out of pocket for parking. It was a unpleasant surprise. Orbitz mislead me.

The first night we got there I notice hair in the bed. Fridge had a smell. There was no extra roll of toilet paper had to go down to the front tonget that. Also had to take used towels down to get fresh. The hotel keys kept being disabled. So everyday had to go and get new keys.

Location and price

Eh not much to rave about. It served his purpose of providing a place to sleep but otherwise it was a very basic room. A great location for main tourist attractions like hollywood stars, chinese theater, etc. About a five minute walk. Overall it's okay.

The facility has a great location for someone wanting to explore all parts of California. However there are many hidden fees when you check in, including parking, and a "service fee" which is an additional fee per day for them to clean for COVID purposes. After back and forth they waived the parking fee but not the service fee. In the 3 nights we stayed the room was not cleaned once, no garbage was taken out, and you had to ask for additional towels and get them from the front desk yourself. The furniture is missing pieces and is very dirty even after changing rooms twice and the coffee machine was never replaced after informing them it was broken. The shower has no door, and the shower head was taped to hold in one position. Would not recommend to anyone. False advertisement, no amenities, and no breakfast although when booked stated it was included. No refund to make up for loss in services as well. Very misleading and the environment of the hotel felt more like a motel, very noisy. Worst of all the pillows where old and uncomfortable (worn down) and the covers not soft or warm, very outdated.

Some of the items in the room were dilapidated, the chair, the bedding, the toilet didnt flush properly either.

Paid for parking, $20 dollars a night, but nowhere is specified when I made the reservation, shower door was missing getting water all over the floor, had to cover with towels, hallways were very dirty.

I like this hotels location near the Hollywood Bowl.

There was hair on our bathroom door that was overlooked when cleaned. On our second night there someone was banging on our door at 6:30am when we didn’t answer we could hear the person move on to the next door. I called the front desk a couple hours later to ask if they knew anything about it. The guy said he would talk to someone and get back with us. When we went to leave for the day my husband told me to watch my step bc someone had sh*^ on the stairs... and that’s exactly what they smelled like. When we got back after 6pm I called the front desk just to check back on who was banging on the doors and the guy was just short and rude with me. I told the guy it was just a security concern on our end but he didn’t care and we never got answers. The front desk ladies we’re all amazing and very helpful especially the one who checked us in. That guy was the only awful one. Pool was closed due to covid. I called a hotel asking about their pool and they were opened so I assumed no problem with this one. That was my mistake though I should have called before booking. They are limited on towels. All & all the place got us through our 3 nights but I wouldn’t ever stay at one of these again

The room looked nice but they had bed bugs. I was surprised to find a bed bug.

Walls were thin (you could hear everything); window was single pane and wouldn’t close fully (again; you could hear everything outside)

Loved the fact that it was smack in the middle of Hollywood. There are some logistical challenges with traffic when entering the main garage. Very modern looking and clean. The staff was friendly yet extremely efficient.
