This hotel is nice and clean and walkable to the subway and Universal Studios. My main complaints are that the value is not worth the high price of this hotel. They also charge a ridiculous $34 per night to park in at the hotel. There are many missing amenities. There is no restroom in the lobby. The pool is not heated. There was plenty of space in the hotel room for a couch, but there wasn't one. The room could really use a couch.

Parking expensive at $31/day Mandatory service fee of $18/ day should not be mandatory Rooms on older side as shower fixtures and toilet

The rooms were very spacious. beds were comfortable.

proximity to City Walk, large room, somewhat modern, great shower. Surprised at extra $18 "maintenance fee" when checking in, not cool...that needs to be spelled out up front.

Double parking :(

Was just what we needed. Only issue is cleaning is not available daily, must be requested and has an extra fee. Parking is also an extra daily fee.

When we got to our room, we noticed ants in the shower. We were just spending the night and leaving early in the morning after going to Universal Studios, so we didn't complain to get our room switched bc we had already unpacked and had a very tired 2 yr old. However, in the morning when we were packing up, we noticed the ants were actually all over the room. They got in our bags, and we had them in our car. I also don't think it should be advertised as Walking Distance to Universal Studios. There isn't a direct way to get there and there is a huge hill you'd need to climb. The neighborhood is sketchy especially after dark so if you think it's close to universal, it's not. The drive was like 5 minutes but if you tried walking, it would be ridiculous and maybe even dangerous as the streets are very busy areas with lots of traffic. The girls at the front desk were very nice however and gave us good recommendations for food.

The parking garage is tiny. If you park behind someone you have to leave your vehicle keys at the front counter and they move your vehicle, even thiugh there is no valet and it is just self parkkng for $30 per vehicle per day.

Nice, clean, convenient and safe. Very cute decor.

Clean and Tidy

Check in desk very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very centrally located. It's not really walking distance to Universal Studios. I would say about a mile but who wants to walk that far after spending all day walking at Universal. But only minutes in your car. Parking is convenient. Hotel did have a slight smell of cleaners but nothing that bad. Hotel is a little older but the price was the best around. I would stay here again.

The reason we stay at hotels is to sleep We do not look for gyms, pools, etc The place is clean and we slept well

Check-in staff made you feel like you where an inconvenience, to say the least.

The parking I didn’t care for. The front desk lady was rude and when I got our room our tv was on. Floor was dirty.
