easy access and great parking, lots of good places to eat in the area and centrally located from other attractions. I would stay here again.

I've stayed at this location in the past, 3-months to be exact, and experienced a pleasant room/stay. However, this time around was entirely different and this isn't the staff at the front desk, this is regarding room 217 itself. The bed consisted of some loose hair from someone other than my significant other's and mine. This could've been from the dryer itself and I understand these things can happen, but it was still unfortunate to encounter as one pays to sleep in these establishments. The problem truly lies with the bathroom, the shower doors were not what I would call clean. They appeared to be dusty or what appeared to be water residue. Then the exterior of the toilet bowl had what appeared to be either smeared feces or liquid plumber gel. I truly hope it was the latter, but not a pleasant sight nor acceptable, in my opinion. I have pictures of both the shower doors and toilet bowl should there be any doubt in my review. Maybe this was an "off" day for the establishment, in any case one should not have to pay for this. I'm a human who's more understanding than others, but it would be unfortunate for AMBASSADOR INN to encounter a not so understanding customer. I thank the staff for being friendly and welcoming, but they should really pay attention to detail in every room and this is coming from someone who frequents hotels around the area and afar.

There is ample parking. There’s also an elevator on the property which I was not told about. This is a two-story property. I was placed in room 101 and for all intensive purposes it seemed clean. Brand new chair (some plastic on chair still) desk, side table, bed, mattresses, bureau and mini refrigerator(still had tags from purchase) with microwave. Upon closer inspection we found insect traps in the corners of the room and behind the refrigerator, cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, dead spiders along the baseboard toward the door of the room and a gap large enough for me to slide my hand under the door between the bottom of the door and the threshold. I was not told what time breakfast was going to be served. Room appeared to be in the process of some renovation due to new furniture and refrigerator microwave. Bathroom is clean but advise bringing your own toiletries as these ones look like they’ve been sitting for sometime. This room shares a wall adjacent to the breakfast area didn’t have much noise but the hotel didn’t seem to full when I arrived. Breakfast is pretty simple, waffles, cereal, some fruit oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs. Oh yes, coffee and juice. Possible long-term guests staying as there were a few men hanging outside their hotel rooms all night long. There is a language barrier here at this property depending on who you were speaking to. Probably won’t return to this property anytime soon unless there are some major changes.

This is the worst motel I’ve had the displeasure of staying. It’s dirty, broken and has questionable long term patrons. The staff are anything but professional. They scream and yell at each other wherever they happen to be standing. They refuse to give enough towels, wash clothes and hand towels. Wound up leaving early to stay at another place due to terrible service and not feeling safe at all.

Inside is relatively clean. Smell like old building with the unique woody smell. You also see people hanging around the parking lot, not sure if they are guest or on-site worker.

No frills, but rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, customer service was excellent and they provide free breakfast and parking! It was great for an inexpensive place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

It wasn’t clean and the bathroom even worse! I not pretend to get the hotel one more time!

Throughout my 6 day stay the toilet was broken the whole time, The porcelain top came from a different toilet and didn't even fit my toilet, One side of the flapper inside the toilet was not hooking to the insides properly and the water would run all night if you didn't become the plumber yourself and go push down the flapper so it would stop leaking. The best parking spots were coned off for the owners and or managers luxury cars and the staff expected the patrons to NOT park in those spots so the important people would have a parking space. The room was clean but the bed was as hard as concrete. The bed sheets were holey, had stains on them, and were generally ratty looking. None of the maids spoke any English so I was always forced to go to the main office to ask a question. Even though its 3 floors, every door opens to the outside so its more like a large motel that a decent hotel.

Nice room, came w/ blowdryer &fridge, great price. Staff were low profile, didn't bother us at all. Nice view of mountains. Close to many eateries and shopping. TV had limited channels, most in foreign language. I'm a light sleeper so some noise woke me a few nights. Overall satisfied with stay.

My stay at the Ambassador was pleasant and comfortable, but the best thing about it for me was the location. Fifteen minutes to Chinatown area, twenty to downtown, all on surface streets. I'll stay there again.

The first room we had the door was broken and the room was not clean. The staff accommodated us and switched us to An updated clean room by request.

Breakfast wasn't what I thought it would be... Toilet was plug up once we got in the room

There were litterqlly BB gun pellets in the walls of this room. Next to the head board the were embedded in the wall. The bed also feels like it is about to break it's not very sturdy and made out of some particle board. Other than that the room was pretty clean. The concierges were nice however the lobby reeked of cigarette smell I was surprised the room didn't smell like it as well.

Breakfast was good but the location and lack of pool along with age were less than expected

DISASTER-ROOM FULL OF BUGS-TV REMOTE BROKEN (NO REPLACEMENT)-OTHER THINGS UNPLUGGED-MAIN BULB OVER SINK OUT (NO REPLACEMENT)-CHECKOUT WRONG

Good hotel close to the Granada night life and salsa dancing
