Always a pleasure to see the staff at Aspire, as they are amazingly supportive and welcoming. Always respond to requests for help in any situation. I am somewhat disabled and the Handicap Room is more than adequate. They could use an area for clothing storage, if I had any idea for improvement.

There were little flies all over the room. Towels were super thin and stained/dirty. Stains on the bedding. Housekeeping came in and made only one of two beds which was odd.

Staff were nice and fixed the coffee machine that was broken when we checked in. The lights of the big mirror were also broken so the lighting in the room was not good. Otherwise, clean facility.
