They need to answer the phone. I tried for two days to get through to them to see if I can change my reservation but couldn’t. Also, to get to your room, you have to go up one elevator then transfer to another elevator. Lastly, the place isn’t guest friendly. I ended up parking in the wrong place because there were no instructions as where to park. Receptionist was friendly though but her boss wouldn’t let me change my reservation when I got there.

I liked the hotel a lot. It was very peaceful and I would recommend it for a nice visit. It’s right across the street from The Crypto Stadium where the Lakers play. The people are nice and do not bother you like they do in NYC. The inky thing is the hotel had the pool area closed because of the heavy rains.

The biggest issue I experienced here was the lack of communication when it came to charges. When checking in I was told about the $500 hold for incidentals which was perfectly fine. The lady that checked me in explained to me about their valet parking rates and stated “but no worries it’ll come out of the $500 hold.” The next day there was an ADDITIONAL hold placed on my card for $240. When I went to the front desk to inquire about this the same lady said it was for the valet services?? The same one she told me would come out of the $500 hold. Ridiculous, but okay. She even said “it looks like they charged the $740 but took your card off file so their won’t be anymore charges.” Well here it is 2 days later and there is ANOTHER $240 charged to my card!!! So in total $980 worth of holds placed? What a joke and so is the lack of communication at this property! There isn’t any other safe places in the area for overnight parking so that’s the only reason we even utilized valet. If this information was given to us at check in this wouldn’t be an issue but to be hit over the head day after day with more charges is crazy! Definitely won’t be back here!

Unfortunately, this hotel was very disappointing. The lighting in the room was horrible — it was so dark that I couldn’t even do my makeup. The bathroom counter was extremely small, leaving almost no space for personal items. There was also no privacy in the room. I would not recommend this hotel for families or for two couples. You cannot shower or get dressed in private. I had to take my kids out of the room so my husband could shower and get dressed in private, which was very inconvenient. Housekeeping was another major issue. Our room was never cleaned. I did not leave a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The following morning, I requested housekeeping and even saw two housekeeping staff in the hallway near my room. The front desk said they added me to the list, but the room was still never serviced. I’ve never experienced having to request basic housekeeping at a hotel. I also paid extra for the included breakfast, which was extremely basic and not worth the additional cost. The options were limited to eggs, toast, oatmeal, and fruit. There was no bacon or sausage, no waffles, and overall it felt very generic for how much extra it cost. Overall, the lack of privacy, poor lighting, lack of housekeeping, and disappointing breakfast made this stay frustrating. I would not stay here again.
