Nice spacious areas to gather. Clean and chic, with many games for entertainment, it is perfect for family gathering like ours or could be friends gathering. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood. There was room for all of us to have separate spaces and also to be together. Once we figured out how to heat the pool and hot tub, it worked well and was much enjoyed. All in all a lovely stay. One caveat: they don't want you to have parties, and you don't know till the Rules that they have a noise detector and can count how many cellphones are in the house. That feels weird. Otherwise, great!

What a great place

Absolutely loved this place. It's huge with 3 floors which was nice for our big family to have lots of privacy. The kids loved the ping pong table and the pool table and of course the huge pool. Would absolutely come back. Host was great.

One of the best stays for a large group.

My family and I were in town for a wedding/family reunion. Our hosts were amazing, so communicative, and accommodating. The property itself was big, cozy, and was a perfect place for us (16 guests) to relax by the pool, play some games, and hang out when things weren't so busy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

Very Pleasant Stay

Our 16 family members were very comfortable at this property. The host was responsive and helpful regarding our questions and requests. We had some suggestions for slight improvements which he seemed to take seriously. Overall, an excellent experience.

We rented this house for our son's college graduation and our extended family flew in to celebrate. We had the absolutely most amazing time. There were a couple of hiccups, which are to be expected in such a large home, but Mayleen was so communicative and wonderful and getting it fixed and checked out that it was NEVER a problem.She even sent our son a graduation treat. She was AMAZINGLY sweet and we couldn't have asked for more!Do NOT look any further.The price cannot be beat for the oasis family dream 3Thank you for EVERYTHING!!! WE LOVED IT!!!

Good overall stay

We had a family reunion in the area and enjoyed our stay here! There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor with a bathroom in the master and then 4 bedrooms with 2 adjoining bathrooms at the lowest level. The bathrooms are a bit dated as well as some of the furniture. That said, the general space and common areas are nice and spacious. With respect to location, it was great - very close to a lot that LA and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Nice stay, house could use some improvements

Overall, we had a fun time in the pool. The house is showing it’s age, we had some issues (dishwasher missing second rack and bottom rack blocked the sprayer, outer door very hard to lock/unlock, bathrooms very cramped, couch is very low and lumpy, fridge is leaking, AC had trouble with keeping the house cool, towels were overstuffed into the dryer and were not dry when we arrived). Location was perfect for us. Enjoyed our time at the pool.

This property was not in acceptable condition upon arrival and did not match the standards or amenities advertised in the listing. The home was presented online as a well-maintained luxury rental; however, the actual condition was significantly below expectations.Major issues included:Severely stained and dirty living room couchInsufficient number of bath towels for the size of the home and number of guestsVisible cobwebs and spiders throughout multiple roomsLeaves and debris in both the pool and the hot tub, indicating they had not been servicedMultiple burned-out light bulbs, leaving several areas poorly litThese issues reflect a lack of proper cleaning, maintenance, and basic guest readiness. The listing promoted a fully equipped, high-end property, but the condition we encountered was inconsistent with those representations.Based on our experience, the property was not as advertised, not adequately prepared for guest use, and did not meet the minimum expectations for a Vrbo rental. I would not recommend this property until the owner addresses the maintenance and cleanliness problems noted above.We ended up leaving the property for a Mariott.
