Studio City is one of Los Angeles' most desirable neighborhoods, offering a mix of hillside tranquility and quick access to top attractions. Universal Studios is just minutes away, along with local hikes, trendy cafes, and popular shopping districts. Whether you're heading to Hollywood, Burbank, or Beverly Hills, this home provides a calm retreat within reach of it all.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located on a hill. Please drive carefully, especially when arriving or parking. There are exterior security cameras monitoring the entry for guest safety. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. The Pac-Man arcade machine shown in some past photos is no longer available.



Pool Heating Fees: $150/day with a minimum of 2 days. Let us know in advance if you’d like to use these services.



Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.



We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property. Your information will always remain private and confidential..
