Guests have full and private use of the entire house and property. There are 2 spots in the driveway in front of the gate. You can open the driveway gate if you want to fit more cars. Please note there is no street parking in this area (only 2 hours during the weekdays allowed).

Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.
Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.

Home was broken into on arrival
We were excited to stay in this beautiful home but on arrival realized someone had recently broke in. The front door was unlocked and we discovered the back bedroom door had the glass broken to get in. The guest home had also been broken into. The property manager was quick to respond after sharing news of the break in but was unphased by the news. A handyman came out to board up the doors and with no other options, we stayed the night. We departed the next day and despite reaching out many times, have not heard from the property manager to discuss sharing the photos for a police report or a refund for the second night. Disappointing all around.
