The room was certainly acceptable but the treatment at the front desk was very poor. I purchased this room through your site because my son does not have a credit card. When he got to the desk they insisted he show a credit card to cover incidentals, $25. They refused to give him the room. There is no place on your site to cover this additional requested expense and the Holiday Inn was unbending. I even called and asked to give them my credit card and they refused. They said the card must be shown in person.

Spotless room, friendly, helpful, and competent staff. Breakfast was below expectations. Pancake machine wasn't working but they eventually got it going. I opened the eggs tray - empty. On to the biscuit tray - empty.

This review begins with my disappointment with your app. As I was booking my stay, the app said I was to receive a $150 credit on my stay. However, when I called the bank, the total amount of my stay had been charged to my account. As for the rooms, there is always something undesirable — a shower and not a tub, a room with a noisy heating system, etc. The hotel staff I found to be exceptionally courteous and pleasant. Breakfasts are well above par for budget hotels. The convenience items were also exceptional, Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
