This hotel is my go to when I’m am in town. My other favorite was sold out and this is my second favorite. I enjoy this place, I don’t enjoy the rude manger who is not patient and pretty much by force kicked me out and did not return my incidental fee because I wasn’t ready to leave at 11am check out with my toddler. I came back for a second visit and I had a terrible check in experience, I will be back for a third visit soon in the next six month and I hope this experience tops the last two. I do enjoy the convenience of this location so I’ll be back and on guard

Holiday Inn was one of the hotels i enjoyed in my visit to DC. We chose this hotel because it was closest to our host who will be driving us around the area. Public transport might be a bit of a struggle here but if you are driving, there are many shops and restaurants you can go to. The hotel was clean. I love the room, simple, clean spacious and full of amenities. Breakfast served is pretty decent. Staff is also courteous. Holiday Inn was one of the hotels I truly enjoyed during my visit to DC. We chose it mainly because of its convenience, it was closest to our host who would be driving us around. That decision worked out well for us, since public transport in this area might not be the easiest, but if you have a car, you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to explore nearby. The hotel itself made a really good impression. From the moment we checked in, everything felt clean and well-kept. I especially loved our room. It was simple yet thoughtfully designed, spacious enough to move around comfortably, and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise too. While not overly fancy, it was more than decent and gave us a good start for our days of exploring. The staff also stood out to me. They were consistently courteous, helpful, and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff here are always wonderful! Diamond was a great help and super friendly. The shower could use some updating, new shower head and better shower curtain. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was great. Will definitely stay here again.
