After a long drive from New Orleans it was super nice to have a friendly young lady (Rochelle) at the desk assisting us. Mr Mohamed ? Connected my reservations so I did not have to change room, very nice.
Tons of restaurants , literally behind the hotel, is in the same block HUGE mall 2 minutes away, nice decent outdoor pooland their breakfast has a lot of warm food different choices.

There was no microwave and fridge The staff was not helpful Our name was not in system and we had to call Orbitz directly. Orbitz normally provide a phone number to the managers
Bad communication
I booked a king size bed but I was given queens . The receptionist was rude and said we didn’t book the king size even though we showed her the booking confirmation that said one king size. Corridors are noisy, loud noises coming out of rooms all night.
The hotel installed lots of signs and postings all over the property's parking lot stating that the hotel is not responsible for any theft or damage to cars belonging to hotel guests at the facility. This invites criminals to the facility and it creates unsafe condition. Very bad. The hotel, instead, should install lots of security cameras and care for the security and safety of guests. I will not book a room in this hotel anymore. Disappointed.

It took 3 tries and a change of room to be able to get into a room where the keys worked. The third try the front desk staff came in with the master key that still didn’t work. She eventually reassigned us a room. It was inconvenient having to go back and forth with a sleeping toddler .
The fact that this place actually has the audacity to require a $200 deposit from it's guests.
Some of the staff was very nice but the manager name Charles Saint Germain,was very disrespectful to me and my after we be staying there for six months never miss a payment
Clean, good location, great breakfast. No fridge, unpleasant cleanser odor.
The hotel itself was fine although dated. I didn’t like amount of noise that was allowed on the premises or the proximity of guests’ rooms during this covid era.
