I had booked for me, my husband, and our four children. They gave us a room on the top floor furthest from the one elevator. The room was dirty and had no air conditioning. We asked for another room; they said to turn off the fan. After one night, it started getting really hot in the room. They were kind enough to change our room. But when we went to check on the room, it had people on it. We got another room and everything was perfect. Definitely give this spot a second thought before booking. That first night was horrendous, especially after a long drive. But the 3 stars were for the extremely friendly staff, despite the property not being up to par.
Property was not well maintained. It took 3 rooms before we found something we were willing to stay in. Even the last room had a vaguely unpleasant smell. The staff was very nice about helping us find something satisfactory. It seems that there is just not much investment in building maintenance.

HVAC temp setting can not be controlled by patrons ; in cold March night, Management has set the thermostat temperature to 69 and it felt like 60 in those spacious rooms. Noisy HVAC can only be turned off using thermostat in the suite but lowers room temperature to be more uncomfortable. Rooms, however, are clean.

The property was very clean, and accommodating. The furniture in the room could use some fine tuning, otherwise I was pleased with my stay.

My card was charged the full seven days the night before. What kind of Hotel does that. Never spent a night there. Still waiting on my refund minus cancellation fee.
