Welcome to Seahaven

Seahaven is a shining example modern beach living.

Stylish multiple indoor and outdoor living zones, cutting edge technology, plush furnishings, crisp manchester and a generous list of amenities, it is fair to say Seahaven ticks all the boxes. Whats more is all this comes in a place where you can literally walk to and from the beach within minutes.

Given the steep nature of Lorne, it is a rare experience to be able to actually utilise an outdoor shower while dripping in sea water. That's how close you are at Seahaven.

The home is split across three levels with a variety of hidden treasures. Starting from the rear is a protected courtyard which leads into the TV/reading room. Flanking these living spaces is a generous master bedroom with ensuite. Head down onto the mid-level you will find a spacious open plan living with designer kitchen, dining table and spacious lounge complete with frames TV and gas log fire. Flanking this open plan is another deck area all with ocean views and exceptional styling.

Downstairs comprises two further bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two singles, plenty of storage, ceiling fans and a shared main bathroom.

Features beyond those already mentioned include EV Charger, Sonos sound system, hydronic heating throughout, split system air conditioning in main living and master bedroom, an abundance of Miele kitchen appliances, induction cooktops, outdoor shower and more.

Seahaven is perfect for multiple couples and families. There is ample parking including under cover carport.
