The hotel needs a major cleaning. One elevator was out of service during my entire stay. The potholes in the parking lot are terrible.

The surrounding properties were run down … unbelievable stench outside… it was every day no matter what time it was. The thermostat in the room was not working. It was an unusually chilly weekend and no matter what I did, it never went above 70 degrees. …Bathroom fan was broken… had to leave the door open to shower and even then the mirrors were fogged up…$2 for a cup of just ‘okay ‘ coffee in the morning. A self serve coffee and tea bar would have been appreciated instead of having to go out in the car for coffee and a muffin….The place is starting to show its age. Great friendly, and helpful staff all the way around

I was placed in a room that had not been cleaned. Sheets were bunched up on the bed. There wasn't a phone to call the front desk. I had to go down to the front desk. The room was an ice box, so I had to get the air turned off completely. The wifi was down, so there was no internet or t.v. because the t.v. was connected to wifi.

Don’t stay here ! I’ve stayed at many hotel for summer sport tournaments, this was one of the worst. Property is musty, decor is 1970s style, pool was dirty, Blood-stained bed sheets, A broken air conditioning unit, Excessive wait times at the front desk due to understaffing and lack of adequate customer service- both at check in and when A/C broke A non-functional bathroom fan, A mattress so worn it felt like sleeping directly on exposed springs I’ve been trading emails with management for two weeks now and they are just slugging me. Spend your money elsewhere.

The room #148 was very dark. Had to ask for a lamp for the desk. No safe in the room. My grandson was in room #231, he left his soccer hat in the room at checkout, called the hotel at 1:00pm that day and they said they would check with housekeeping. My grandson never got his new Chelsea soccer hat back. I checked with the desk that night and the following day, no hat. Not happy about that
