The shower was leaking constantly. The property needs more lightning around you can barely see where the entrance for cars is. Needs more light. And hotels check out time is at 12 pm not 11 am like Orbitz has on their site.

My original room had no hot water. Also a problem with the TV. I called the front desk several times. They kept telling me the maintenance man would be there in ten minutes. He never showed! i went to the front desk and changed my room. The first room did not have a phone to call the front desk. I used my own phone to get in touch with them. After changing my room, my room key did not work three times, so I had to go back to the front desk to have it rekeyed. The cafe in the Hotel was never opened and the restaurant had only three choices for breakfast. The desk chair only was in a reclined position. I would never go back to your Hotel and I would never recommend it.

Anything that could go wrong, did. Doors to outside parking did not lock, so anyone could just walk in any of the side entrances. Multiple nights we found the side entrance by our room propped open. We also found our room door open when we got back one night, room service left it opened and unlocked. Safety seemed to be pretty much non existent. Air conditioning was broken in every single room. Staff was nice and tried to give us the “coolest” room but that room sat at 75° and was extremely muggy/humid even though the thermostat was set to 50°. The bedroom windows don’t open either. We were told, along with about 6 other guests, that maintenance would come to our rooms and to wait up (it was 10 PM when we got in) for him. We waited all night, nobody came and the next morning staff admitted they had no plans to fix the AC. Nobody in my room was able to get any sleep for the 3 nights we were there for our conference and we were sweating all night. The bathroom showers were full of black mold and our sink leaked all over the bathroom floor. This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at in years that didn’t have a microwave in the rooms, the only one in the building was in the lobby. While annoying to have to go all the way to the lobby, I’m glad they at least had that one to heat up leftovers because breakfast wasn’t even open weekday mornings to purchase, nor was their little convenience area to buy snacks or water. We also had bugs in the room, giant centipedes and spiders.

Disappointed Stay on Long Island NY

The room key didnt work. Front desk had to come to give us a new set. The room was clean EXCEPT for the torn curtain. I reported that to the front desk. Mattress needs a mattress pad. You can feel the springs when you moved. NO PHONE in the room. TV just stastic when we turned it on. Maintenance came up and put on ROKU TV. Couldn't find anything regular channels. Basically Couldn't watch TV our entire stay. Complained multiple times. Both the Bar and Restaurant were CLOSED upon arrival stating it was a Monday/HOLIDAY. The Cafe/Snack bar was NEVER OPENED. The "restaurant" serve very limited breakfast as well as dinner. We ate out. Big Perk is Free Parking. No attendant, no luggage assistance. Hospitality industry has really hone down post COVID. I found more competitive rates After booking through Hotels.com. Very disappointed 😞. In summary I do not recommend the Radisson and don't intend to book a future stay at any of their properties.

Worst service ever!

I originally booked this stay for my birthday intending in other guest who didn’t come. I called a day in advance to ask them to please change my room to a king and I was told I was all set. The day of I called and was immediately placed on hold and left on hold for over 17 mins, when someone answered I informed them I was calling to see if I could check in early as I was from out of town and given the nature and unprofessional manner the phone was answered inquiring if my request was more then reasonable. They didn’t agree and proceeded to tell me they couldn’t promise early check in but would do there best. When I arrived I wasn’t putting a king room and when I questioned the desk I was told because I booked through a 3rd party and didn’t get the name of the person who changed it I couldn’t get my room switched. They were booked only to find rooms were still available online.
