The shower was leaking constantly. The property needs more lightning around you can barely see where the entrance for cars is. Needs more light. And hotels check out time is at 12 pm not 11 am like Orbitz has on their site.

The room smelled like dirty feet.the bed has lumpy no hot water. When we arrived the computers were down didn't get a key to.my room couldn't leave the room no key no notifications that the problem was resolved. The person who was supposed to open the door to the room legt us wati g 20minto open the door and he stunk of weed

The property has potential and the rooms are fine; the gym is tired and unkempt and limited; the front desk staff are ok, just; the cleaning staff are very nice. Overall, this hotel gets the job done, but I would not recommend it. A few tweaks and it could be a lot better.

The room was cleaned every day and we appreciated the service. Beyond that, the thermostat took days to reach our desired temperature of 72 degrees from 65 degrees Centigrade. Tub was not draining properly and caused the tub to look dirty all the time. Keys to the door stopped working multiple times during our stay. Gym equipments were inoperable and the gym room was dirty, no towels available inside the gym. Water cooler was unplugged, not working. The gym is terrible. I look forward to using the gym when I travel but this one was a disaster. No complimentary coffee available, we will definitely not use this hotel again.
