Cozy cottage 3 blocks to beach

Reconnect with your family and friends in our cozy cottage near popular restaurants, beautiful beaches, and lots of places to explore! Spend the day outside or hang out in our fenced backyard. Little kids will enjoy playing with the water table or with the playhouse while you relax on the deck. Cook an amazing meal on the grill and gather together around the firepit for smores. If it rains no worries! You have 3 tv's inside the house and classic boardgames to enjoy.
The space:
A wagon and 5 bicycles are available for guests to use.

The house has 1 full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor.
Guest access:
Enjoy the whole house (sleeps 6) and backyard during your stay.

Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping to our property only and abiding by the quiet hours

There are 4 air conditioning window units, one in each bedroom (x2), one in the kitchen-dining area and 1 in the game/family room. We are now allowing pets (1 per visit).

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Please leave all towels in a hamper. Available at every bedroom and in the bathroom upstairs.
Please collect all trash and place them in the containers. For full trash bags, please place them in outside black container in garbage shed.
We kindly request our guests to please load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and leave it running. *Dishwasher pods can be found in the basket above the sink cabinet.

Me and my group of 5 had a great stay at this home. Space was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Well located with walking distance to the beach and stocked with all the beach accessories needed (wagon, umbrella, towels, etc). Hosts were responsive and helpful.
