Enjoy this superb modern beach house with breathtaking views across Long Beach and the Bay. Sit in peaceful and idyllic surroundings on the large front deck and contemplate the ever-changing ocean, beach frolics, spotted gums and native birdlife.

Nestled in a private close yet only a short stroll to the beach, this architect designed home is split across four levels and offers spacious accommodation with a super-sized kitchen/ family/ lounge upstairs and a big rumpus with a 65” Smart TV and ping pong table for the kids downstairs.

The over-sized Master bedroom with kingsize bed enjoys ocean views, its own deck and modern ensuite. Two other bedrooms on the same floor are serviced with a large bathroom, whilst the third downstairs bathroom maximizes privacy.
Other additional features include a good-sized laundry, double garage with internal access, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans to maintain air flow. Unlimited internet access is provided by NBN. A 2-person canoe is available for family use.

The internal ambience is supplemented by modern furnishings whilst outside the gardens and rockeries delight. Car parking is available for several cars.

Long beach is safe for children and excellent for swimming, canoeing, sailing and paddle boarding.
Stunning walks along the beach and cliff top go to Maloney's beach where you will find a cafe with great coffee. Also there is easy access to the magnificent Murramarang National Park.

The house is so beautifully decorated with the best view in Bateman Bay. Everything was so clean with luxury bedding and linen.The location is fantastic with lots of long hikes along the coast within walking distance from the house.Jude is so kind in allowing us to have late checking so we did not have to sit at the airport for hours. Thank you Jude!

Beautiful spacious and clean multi level house overlooking the beach. The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults as it had multiple areas to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean view. It had everything we needed to be very comfortable and be able to enjoy a family Christmas feast with a well appointed kitchen. The house is a short walk to the beach and a short drive into Batemans Bay and Murrumarang National Park. We didn’t want to leave this slice of paradise!

Superb Escape at Longbeach

This was one of our best stays around Batemans Bay! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Beach Getaway

The house has wonderful views with expansive windows and a balcony perfect for outdoor dining. The house is well equipped with little extras and has plenty of spaces for relaxing. The beach is a minute walk away, perfect for swimming, kayaking and long walks. Communication with the agent was easy and stress free. We will be returning to this lovely house. We highly recommend it.
