Our time in Ireland was incredible — we loved being close to family and friends, and Waterford Park was a convenient home base for our trip. Shane communicated well throughout our stay and was quick to respond whenever we reached out.That said, the home itself fell short in a few areas. When we first arrived, we needed to vacuum and clean the kitchen floors, and we found several dishes and cups that had been put away dirty. During our stay, contractors came to fix a front door during our child’s nap time. We had been told they were only coming to look at the job, not actually start work, so that was a bit inconvenient. The shower drain was clogged — though to their credit, the drain issue was fixed quickly. Some furniture also felt worn or in need of repair. Overall, good communication and a great trip, but the house could use some attention and upkeep to match the listing.
