The room was small and when i asked to see upgrade in rloom size it was not worth exter $120.00 for the stay. Plus when i checked in iwas told told to use chrome to see tv. And when i check out i was told that i had regular available tv ie. The news stations. Which i had to look up on my phone. I will not staying at that location again.
Unfortunately, the property upgraded to automatic key and lock systems. Due to this, we were unable to open our room upon checkin. We were asked to meet a curfew in order for the lobby attendant to get us in our room. We arrived to our room with 5 minutes to spare of the curfew and we were not able to get back to our belongings in the room. By then it was 11pm, and the hotel was not willing to send someone to open our room. My medications were in the room and the hotel advised to look for another room for the night. We pleaded to br able to at least be able to go to our room before we were kicked out. The hotel did not assist, so we had to call the fire dept. to get to my medications. The hotel finally sent a locksmith yo get to our room. By the time we were avle to get to our room, it was 3am, I was in pain, stressed and extremely tired. It was a horrifying experience after a day of traveling, anf the lobby attendant for the night was not sympathethic or apologetic at all. We were not able to find another hotel as all other hotels were booked. For the rest of our stay, we had a broken lock, and had to carry a broken door handle with us in order to get back to the room each day. Of our 5 day stay, only one night was serviced by cleaning crew. Everyone was apologetic and nice to us, except the very first night attendant I got upon arrival. Since then, I did not dare look at the attendant in the eye from anger. I was courteous throughout even though I was in pain.
Liked having small kitchenette in the room, but single room is Extremely small
