Downstairs, the lower ground level features an informal sitting room with sofa and TV, flowing into a generous open-plan kitchen and dining space for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and entertaining, with glass doors leading to a lovely garden complete with BBQ and sunken trampoline.

The first floor houses a single bedroom with wardrobe and a Jack and Jill bathroom (shower and loo), which also connects to the elegant master bedroom. This spacious room, decorated in soft pink tones, includes a king-size bed, chest of drawers, and a freestanding bathtub - perfect for unwinding.

No smoking, pets or parties. There is a self contained studio flat on the lower ground floor which has its own entrance and cannot access the main house. This is only occupied for part of the week.
