Whole property didn't have hot water during the Christmas period. Mattresses were worn out. The property has potential but it's neglected and poorly managed. Staff needs training on professionalism and communication (only Ali and another staff member were great and genuinely trying to help, but clearly this is a bigger problem than they can handle). We weren't informed about the hot water issue upon check-in, we were only informed after we asked why there's no hot water in the shower the next day. Upon check-in on Christmas eve, receptionist told us that breakfast on Christmas day would close at 11am but we were turned away in the restaurant when we showed up at 10:15 saying that they already closed. I asked the same receptionist if he could ask the restaurant to prepare something light and he told me he will check and get back to me. He never got back to me.
Funny note: I was trying to call reception from the phone in the room by pressing the reception button but kept getting connected with another resident in the hotel who was complaining about the hot water, we laughed at how this hotel is a joke.
Due to the hot water situation, we checked-out a day early but hotel management is refusing to issue a refund for the last night of the booking.
