The property was spotless and well decorated
Off road parking was good
Prompt repayment of deposit
However
We were sent the wrong entry code which was frustrating but there was prompt comms through text to get us in
We marked the amenities down because it needs more glasses tumblers and mugs
Finally confirmation that ID and deposit had been received would have been good
