Apartment was overall very clean , comfortable beds and a good selection of essentials to start you off … tea, coffee , washing up liquid etc. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean ( nice to have big bath sheets to wrap up in instead of glorified hand towels we get in some places) Within walking distance to Covent Garden , museums etc . A nice quiet area with many restaurants, coffee shops . Would definitely stay here again

The queen mattress was super uncomfortable and the carpet was stained. Bedding was synthetic very hot, no air conditioning or way to cool down as only a door no windows. nice primary bathroom, a lovely shower, but the other bathroom pretty rundown and needs updating.. not as nice as it looks in photos and overpriced.

Very clean and safe. Management office/reception right next door. Problem with showerhead was fixed the same day I reported it. Location is wonderful! Walk to several adorable small restaurants - but not too many. Windows are old and the trash collection in the mornings (8am?) may wake up light sleepers. Not luxurious but great value and location. I would stay there again.

The unit was perfect for our needs. 2BR, 2BA which is rare for London. Only complaints I have were the beds were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was very clean, had a washer, dishwasher and well stocked kitchen. Also grateful the place had a lift and ramp on the ground floor for luggage which made getting in/out of the place convenient. Located in Bloomsbury, it's an easy walk to the British Museum, Russel Square Tube station and multiple bus lines.
