The flat is very nice and clean. Location is great. However, it is when weather is very hot, it can be inconvenient although it has a standing fan. It may need an AC.

A truly wonderful place to stay for a short term rental. Lots of space, clean and super comfortable. Amazing bed too!
The immediate area as perfect and this works for short term and long term.
The only challenge is that if you are planning to bring a large suitcase or multiple suitcases with you, unfortunately there is no elevator. You will need to lift it up four flights of narrow stairs, and so hopefully they're light or you have people to help you carry.
Otherwise, the place is very ideal!
