Pleasant stay. Great service. Refurbished hotel. The double room I had did not have adequate means to work as I was on a business trip but overall the room was comfortable, warm (despite it being freezing outside) the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay. We got upgraded to 4 rooms from 2 rooms. Excellent service. The rooms are on the small side but pretty comfy and clean. Would go back. Such a good deal. Parking was easy on a Saturday to Sunday. We parked on street right outside of hotel for free.

Lovely recently renovated hotel. Great location, quiet and only about 5 mins walk from Bayswater tube station. Reception were friendly and efficient Rooms clean and well decorated with large comfortable bed. Rooms themselves are not large so if you have many large suitcases you will struggle for space. However, rooms are lovely with tea and coffee making facilities. Bathrooms small but large shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a lift which is great. Would definitely stay here again
