It was not all bad, but we will not return. Keybox was jammed was not available for use. Most beds were worn out and offered poor nights sleep. Few amenities with only bare minimum for guests. Upon arrival, our allotment for 9 days was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 roll toilet tissue each. Had to purchase paper towels, linens and supplies for kitchen. Provided were sample sizes of toiletries. On plus side, close to bus (not tube) and close to coop grocery. Heat, electricity, water, and appliances all worked.

This is a large rental property with five staircases from the top floor down to the kitchen/basement level, be prepared for a lot of stairs. The master bed was quite hard, and the linens were average at best. Only one towel per person was provided, and the detergent had a strong unpleasant smell. The throw blanket on the couch had stains, and the couch itself also appeared stained. The master shower head sprayed from the pipe connection and needs repair. Without AC, only two fans offered for the entire property During warmer weather (80F), the upper floors became extremely hot, especially the bedrooms, which felt closer to 90F on three of the four floors. The only consistently cool area was the kitchen/basement level. There was only one TV, and the patio was dirty upon arrival. We had six people staying: two bedrooms were spacious, but the third double bedroom was cramped enough that we had to use the fourth bedroom just to store luggage. The home lacked basic extras and supplies. We had to purchase our own salt, pepper, cooking oil, and laundry soap. On the positive side, there were three refrigerators.A Co-Op grocery store is two blocks away with a large food and water selection. Bus stops are within 2–3 blocks, the Tube is not convenient.I’ve worked in the travel industry for 38 years and researched VRBO properties for weeks before booking this one, especially without reviews at the time. Overall, I would compare this experience to staying in a 2.5 star hotel.
