Stayed here with my husband and 3 children for two nights during a visit to London. Overall a good stay. Pros: friendly staff, received a complementary upgrade to a river view room, was given an early check-in. Spacious, clean, two bedroom suite. Beautiful views and fairly convenient to area sights. Cons: Very noisy- we were 11 floors up and I felt like I was on the street it was so noisy. We had noisy neighbors and thin walls! The room was very hot, and this couldn't seem to be rectified by the front desk. There was also a fire alarm that went off at 1 am- not good!

Weird smell in the room. Waterspots on glasfronts. An ignored roomservice request. Some staff is really nice and tries to help others dont care. Amazing location and view but the attention to details and especially the rooms service needs a lot of improvement!

We stayed at this hotel as it was recommended by friends. We always read reviews about hotels before we go and we read different reviews about this hotel, so we were a bit concerned but, we were EXTREMELY satisfied with the service we received by the hotel staffs during the stay From the moment you enter the hotel, you see people greeting you with a smile and doing their best to help. We were served by Jean Marc who was very nice and even went extra mile by escorting us to the room. This is something you don’t see from other hotels. The view from the room was superb, we just sat in the room and watched the amazing view. We were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and parking however, the manager, Harun, (sorry if I misspelled the name), was very professional, apologetic and helped us very efficiently. He offered us drinks, escorted us to the bar and even spent some time with us in the bar. I haven’t seen any manager providing such personalized customer service to guests. He is a big credit to the hotel...Special thanks to Harun. We had dinner in the chino latina restaurant, the food was delicious and the presentation of the food was also great. They were so polite in the restaurant as well. The hotel is not very close to the centre but, if you like walking for about 1 hour you can see many good places. Different reviews on websites can affect your mind before considering staying there but, the place is really nice and the staffs do their best to make you feel welcome. We definitely recommend the place. ..!!

This hotel is great for a business stay over near Westminster. 5 mins from Waterloo, great bar, great restaurant (if you like a twist on Japanese) and rooms which have views that make the window the main feature of the room! Looking along the Thames, you’ll want to sleep with the curtains open. Take breakfast in bed and enjoy the monsoon shower! We stayed on the twelfth floor - some of the adjacent apartments have a good view into the room, so you’ll be thankful that there is a bedside console which controls the whole room... including the curtains ;-)

This hotel is a 10 minutes walk from Vauxhall Station and close to many of the sights in London. It's about 1 hour and 15" by tube from London Heathrow. Good food and service. Rooms are modern and well kept but, on the small side. I would recommend for a quick visit to London.

Stayed here a week and thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would have been a 5 star except for the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast confusion for a few days. The service was excellent with helpful receptionist "Gabriela" and "Joe" in the breakfast lounge on the 12th floor who was excellent as well organizing everything and always friendly. When he was off for a couple days the breakfast unfortunately went downhill with lots of confusion, slow service, and food not being stocked up on the buffet. I think this happened as it looked like they were understaffed. The room was nice with a terrific view of Big Ben and the river ( had room 1577) Room was very modern and compact. Everything was automated... including the mini bar. As soon as you moved anything you got charged so beware. Had to get this removed from the bill as we wanted to chill a bottle and removed their pop cans and then put back but charged anyway (with technology comes glitches). The cleanliness of the room was not quite up to a 5 star level. We would stay here again depending on the price next time we're in London. Would recommend.

really enjoyed our stay Alejandro on reception/bookings was a star He went the extra mile to ensure our stay memorable and special. the room was awesome and the views are great really clean excellent concierge team esp Tony only down side was room service was very slow but wouldnt stop us visiting this hotel again.

This hotel is superior in service, convenience with outstanding views. We always stay here especially during the summer to be close to The Oval. The Hotel is close to all means of transport including ferry, undergrond and buses.

The Hotel was great from the moment we walked in. All the staff were very welcoming throughout the stay and very helpful whenever needed. Dinner and breakfast were lovely with the great views of London. Checkout was swift and simple.

Amazing Hotel - you would not believe how lovely this hotel is until you walk through the main door. Wonderfully helpful receptionist, rooms were beautifully tidy and set out in a very attractive way. Room service was prompt, friendly and presentation was very good. I would love to go back again as soon as I can. Thank you Park Plaza.
