Fantastic room with excellent view. Following cleaning no toilet paper or tissues were left in the room. I had to call twice for toilet paper. The tissues were never replaced.
Room is IKEA-looking. View of a gray concrete wall. No plugs in bathroom. No space to sit anything down in bathroom area...maybe 12-18 inches on one side of the sink only. No mirror in bedroom. Also, digital lighting stations didn’t always go out at night as they are supposed to in a few minutes. Three units worked randomly. It was like having a giant blue flashlight in the room. Fine place if you want what amounts to a studio apartment for the week, but don’t expect a luxury hotel. Full kitchen, large refrigerator, stovetop, with utensils, plates, pans etc. Very clean. Dining atmosphere is like cruise-ship mentality among the staff, and most were not English and struggled with language. We won’t stay her next time. Better on the west side of London.
Wonderful hotel with modern amenities on the river Thames. The hotel has a very cool modern vibe and we really enjoyed the river view, the wonderful breakfast every day and how close it was to Westminster. Highly recommend!
I liked the location for walking to the various venues that were nearby. I didn't have to use any public transportation to get to where I wanted to go.
