It was better than expected. The staff were kind and friendly and inconspicuous. The room was fine. It was small as you'd expect for the price. But everything worked and was clean. The toilet and shower were spotless. Breakfast was fine, though the room used was too small really.

Wonderful stay in London.

This hotel was in a great location. It was walking distance to Paddington station, Hyde Park and Kensington Palace and lots of pubs and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were what I expected, small clean everything we needed but no extras. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

It’s fine.

It was fine - I wasn’t expecting blankets and bedspreads but rather hoping for nice white duvets. It was clean and tidy and the room was cleaned for our return each day, clean towels, beds made etc. could look smarted with decor and carpet, but it was all fine really. Shame we have to get our cups of tea downstairs and bring to the room, that was odd and I wondered if it’s ok health and safety wise…boiling water. But it was fine, honestly. A good base. Comfy beds.
