We stayed here for a few days mainly to visit Wimbledon and theatre land area. Hotel location was perfect for this. Only a few minutes walk to Earls Court tube station. Pleanty of eateries nearby. Staff, reception area and dining room were fine but our room was decidedly tired looking and in urgent need of a complete overhaul. This would make me think twice about staying at this hotel again.

The hotel sits in a good place. Earls Court Road is only 100 metres away with acces to shops restaurants, the Tube and bus services. There is also a laundromat within 150 metres. 15 minutes up the road can get you to Kensington Palace. The room we had was very good. It was quiet even though fronting Cromwell Road. Bed very comfortable although did have a weird split is the middle bs cover. Staff are bilingual and we're always looking to help. Does have a bar and food area which probably needs a bit more attention as not always staffed.

The hotel is close to Earls Court Tube Station and a great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants are situated nearby. It also has a lovely small garden to relax in. Our room was very good, it included an extra sitting room, which was ideal for working in, and which had a large television set and comfortable chairs. The food was good, and the staff were kind and considerate.

Every three months I travel to London and this is the first time I sleep in a centric hotel which is still quiet and where you don't hear the noises of the city but the trills of the birds!. May be because I was given a single room facing the nice garden in the back of the building I had such a good experience. The hotel is very near from the tube station and you can also find different restaurants around for having a nice dinner.

Very well located, with access to bus and metro nearby. A short walk from Earls Court Road, where all services and restaurants are located. You can walk along Cromwel Road to the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Stayed in 422. The hotel was hot in the corridors when exiting the lift. The room was the same. Air con in the rooms is managed by reception and I called 4 times asking to activate it. It's just not fit for purpose and doesn't effectively cool the room. The wifi is rubbish and the electric wall sockets did not work so unable to charge my laptop, phone or iron a shirt. It's a shame because the standard of the room and bed is actually decent. Oh and there was a problem with the booking. I will not be returning.

Hello, we stayed in NH Kensington Hotel during our visit to London for four nights. The hotel was like home. Perfect location to stay, very helpfull and nice staff. But Samira Kaplan was exceptional. Me and my daughter loved her. And we are now friends. When I go back to Turkey this hotel will be the one that I will offer my friends to stay.

After a couple of years since I had last stayed here, was back on a quick trip to London and spent one night again. The 4* rating was a difficult finalisation and barely made it over putting 3*. The service was according to expectations, the building is nice and has a pleasant garden in the back. However, the wifi had several stops and bumps throughout and it seems the room at Garden Level (below the entrance at Lower Level) was affected by weak signal. Anyway, the bed was quite comfortable and despite the busy (and great) location, a stone's throw from the tube at Earl's Court, it was quiet during the night. The breakfast clearly could be enhanced in variety and availability of items, for instance of fruit, but the quality was OK. Kudos for the restaurant and bar staff.

Good hotel for business travelers for a short stay. Anything beyond 2 days might not be comfortable. The food isn't great. Location is fantastic. Staff are helpful but not very attentive. Rooms are small and stuffy and the bathrooms aren't spacious - but that I guess is standard in most hotels in Europe.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting London, and we not only loved this hotel, but we also loved the staff! There was a young lady working the front desk that was always happy, cheerful and ready to help every time we walked in! The room is comfortable and quiet (which is a huge deal for my husband) The hotel is close to the tube system and there is a bus stop right outside the front door. We didn't get to spend much time in the garden, but we did walk through to see it and it is beautiful and peaceful! I highly recommend this hotel!
