Room was pretty beat up, lock barely hanging on, kind of expected so i wasn’t too bummed about that, you get what u pay for. What upset me was the people in the room beside us screaming and slamming stuff, smoking in the room to the point it was drafting into my room, arguing about drugs, there were about 5 people that kept coming and going, from when I checked in at 1 pm up until 2 IN THE MORNING. The front desk said they kept getting complaints and they “gave them a warning”, yet they did absolutely nothing and seemingly didn't care, told me to call the cops if stuff got out of hand, is it not the managers job to keep things in order and look out for the safety of guests? I suppose not here, i would've had a better stay at a homeless shelter if I'm being honest. The manager just gave a blank stare with a dumb look on his face, didn't care at all. Don't stay here, the super 7 up the street is leagues better for the same price. The front desk staff were very nice and tried their best, but i put full blame on management for my terrible stay. I would love a partial if not full refund

The smell is bad, it’s not clean there, i barely used the washroom because its really dirty. Remote is missing the bedsheets smell bad. The elevator is not safe as the buttons are not working properly and they I don’t see their elevator license which supposed to be displayed LEGALLY. The staff however is nice but the hotel generally was not.

Room was ok, no more phones on the desk though. Only given one room key and it didn't work even when we went down to get it reset at 2am. Asked for second key and it didn't work fortunately, Security was doing rounds and used his master key to open our door. Breakfast was totally cleaned up by the time we checked out but there wasn't even coffee available!
