Our stay was rather unpleasant: the facilities were substandard as was some of the customer service. I strongly advise you to not stay here.
Major issues:
-left standing on street for 20 minutes with luggage and 5 children--had to breath cigarette smoke--despite 24 hrs, 1 hr, and 30 minutes notice of arrival
-no lasting hot water...not working on arrival day despite maintenance attempts (prevented all of us from bathing in the evening) and the only person that had time to show in the morning had to do so with only cold water
-water dripping from the ceiling and puddling on the floor in the main bedroom after shower
-mystery water leak in main bathroom between shower and toilet
-no locks on any windows
Minor issues:
-water stains on ceiling in main bedroom and main bathroom
-small dirty spots in various locations in main bathroom
-missing hand soap in a bathroom (later brought it)
-missing body gel and shampoo in main bathroom (later brought it)
-no trashbag in main bathroom
-uneven floor tiles in main bedroom
Several of these issues could have been prevented. Others show failure to properly maintain the property.
Maintenance came twice to work on the hot water. Initially they were perplexed but eventually reset the boiler, resulting in hot water production. But both times the hot water stopped less than 5 minutes later when the shower was turned on, so all but one person couldn't shower. No hot water for anyone's shower.
We requested a partial refund but were denied.
