This hotel is not fit for any type of habitation by any person hotel is under a state of repair elevators do not work. The rooms are dirty full of dust and cement of construction work going on in the hotel no hot water no heating electrical faults throughout the hotel while I stayed in the hotel and it bust pipe which was an electrical fire and hotel smoke alarms went off when we stayed there. This hotel is not suitable for any purpose and should be automatically closed and taken off the website. Expedia five doors are blocked by debris and building materials and And accessible no far alarms are fire red redemption or any fire hydrants were present in the hotel. Windows in the room did not shut rooms were freezing cold because they are not heated because the hotel heating was not working and none of the hotel elevators were in the hotel breakfast could not be served because there was no running water or electrical sockets working at the hotel correctly and was terrified to stay in the hotel any longer than necessary and choose to sleep in my car outside in the car park after the smoke alarms repeatedly going off in the hotel and fires and flooding taking place in the hotel return for my suitcases the following morning And the five doors and the hallways were covered in building materials and tools left on the floor and you couldn’t even get to your room. This hotel is a death trap for any person staying there I need disabled person or small child would’ve died in this hotel

Staff were friendly and efficient in booking in and checking out. Room was an OK size for an overnight stay but newly renovated with space saving ideas. Nice sized bathroom with rainshower. Good attention to being sustainable. Renovations of corridors is due to be completed in the New Year . Good continental breakfast included making the dtay good value for money

Hotel is well located, but the rooms are no way deluxe, they are absolutely tiny, bathroom ok, but bedroom was so small that you couldn't even pass each other and bed is pushed up against the wall, so difficult to get in and out during the nights, ok if you're a single traveller, but dreadful for a couple. Renovations still going on in public areas and corridors so very dusty, rooms were clean inside. I wouldn't stay here again though as the room was claustrophobic to stay in.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was free which was reasonable. Room was fine, clean. Very small. I'm a 5'8 female and the single bed was squashed into an alcove and my feet touched the wall, making sleep a bit uncomfortable, so I imagine even worse for anyone taller. The stairwells and corridors are in a bit of a state, looka like some refurb is going on.

The pictures were misleading. The room was very tight and I was a solo traveler. No lift. Heating issues (controlled by a radiator under the desk. Hot water issues. Internet was very sporadic. The small refrigerator didn't work. On a positive note the bed was comfortable. The building is going through a lot of renovations which was not disclosed. It felt more like a motel and a hotel. I cannot recommend.
