Ideal for anyone doing research in Kew National Archives or a corporate let or a holiday let.
The property is located a one minute walk from the Thames River pathway, where you can enjoy river walks and 12 minute walk to Kew Gardens village, The Kew National Archives 7 minute walk.
London Underground station is 11/12 mins walk for fast access to Central London, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Hampstead.
Marks and Spencer shop a 1 minute walk away.

Bright, spacious with high ceilings one bedroom, second floor apartment . The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating throughout and a luxury Italian tiled bathroom.
Fast Sky Broadband WiFi, Futon sofa bed in the lounge, two Smart TVs , Air Conditioner (portable), King-size Hypnos bed, L'Or Coffee Machine plus coffee pods, Netflix+Sky Atlantic + Discovery TV free.
Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down duvet and cotton towels all provided.
My property is set up for guests only and has no personal items. It is also not a studio attached to the host's home ! Your privacy is assured.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before every new guest. All cushion covers, bed linen, towels etc. are professionally washed and ironed before each guest's stay.
Bath height 53cm - there is an an anti-slip removable bath mat in the bathroom.
Strictly no pet and no smoking policy.
Please can all guests read my House Manual including safety instructions inside the property (in kitchen drawer under oven) for health+safety reasons.
Please let me know if you would prefer a meet in person check-in or a contactless check-in when booking.
Please note this is not a serviced apartment and there is no concierge service or other facilities provided.
Please also not that the Air-conditioning is not built in and is a portable Aircon unit that does make noise when on.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Mary was a splendid, responsive, patient, and helpful host. She made our check-in completely stress-free. Her written instructions about how everything worked was were very helpful. We had everything we could have possibly needed in the apartment. It was also a very pleasant place to stay put -- bright rooms and a comfortable bed, a charming balcony, and a very quiet building. The 4-minute walk to Marks & Spencer's was incredibly convenient, especially since there were so many prepared-foods options. The environs were beautiful -- from the fountain out front to the manicured gardens all around, and just a few minutes' walk to the Thames. Kew Station is just 15 minutes away, making trips to Central London easy. We would happily return and certainly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Communication with property owner was first-rate - clear and precise. Well-appointed safe apartment that feels like home. Parking space is available. Spacious, super comfortable bed, lovely linens and towels, quiet. Living Room furnishings are comfortable too. Apartment is very well thought out to include all amenities one needs. Great location, convenient to transit (train and bus) and Marks & Spencer grocery, easy access to London. The Thames towpath is very close. This property more than exceeded our expectations - highly recommend.
