An sich ein schรถnes Appartement allerdings fanden wir nicht gut, dass sich in einem Schlafzimmer kein Fenster zum รถffnen befand, das Badezimmerwaschbecken fast verstopft war und dass es keine Anleitung zur Heizungsbedienung gab und es somit ziemlich warm gewesen ist. Aber alles in allem kann ich es weiterempfehlen!!!

Beautifully laid out. Clean, quiet, very near the tube. The addition of toiletries and coffee was a lovely touch. Very hot in the warm weather though - air con would be a welcome bonus as the windows are sound proof so you sleep well but if you open them the city is very loud. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was actually decent. Location was good. Apartment design was modern. TV channels were good. BUT everything else was SO WRONG that I would recommend you to THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE. When I arrived at the building, the 1st major problem was "elevator was broken". My family had 4 suitcases and they placed me on the 4th Floor without elevator. I felt they should have provided me with an option to cancel under such circumstances. Anyway, I carried one suitcase up 4 floors, opened the door to find that there was a narrow spiral staircase which leads to the living room. I tried but there was no way it would work. After calling the service hotline, they switched me to the 2nd floor. After moving 4 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs, sweating like crazy by the time I was finished, I tried to turn on the Air-Con on the keypads on the wall (31 degrees C it says) only to discover those keypads were frigging thermostats! NO Air-Con! Suddenly I recalled reviews with the same problems: Broken elevator. Apartment to hot inside. Air-Con not working. Honestly, to the unaware traveler from USA or Asian countries, it can be assumed that hotel or hotel apartments, should come with Air-Con. Well at least Expedia should make sure it clearly says "NO AIR-CON" on the website! Shame on you Expedia! Seems like a few travelers feel into the same trap. I proceeded to call customer service and asked if I could cancel. Both hotel and Expedia diverted blame to each other. Morons!

It was in a great location! Very clean but the apartment itself was kind of falling apart? Cracks in the walls and broken blinds, things like that. Appartamento moderno e comfortevole

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento una settimana durante il mese di agosto 2018. Dotato di tutti i comfort per una famiglia (forno, forno a microonde, lavasciuga, ferro da stiro con asse, asciugacapelli, due televisori e tablet, Wi-Fi con ottima velocitร ), arredato modernamente e con un grazioso terrazzo. A due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana Elephant and Castle (bakerloo/ northern line) e dai negozi e ristoranti del quartiere. Eโ€™ anche possibile raggiungere Piccadilly Circus in 15 minuti con lโ€™autobus 12. Non cโ€™e un servizio di reception ma le comunicazioni con i gestori (Q Apartments) avvengono tramite mail o telefono comunicati al momento del check in. Nel complesso, unโ€™esperienza ottima.
