Upon arriving at the home at our selected time. The lockbox battery was dead and we could not enter. We tried to reach Flyp Rentals for almost an hour. No response. We had to drive around london and get our own hotel for the night. The next morning after having to prove the lockbox was the problem. They gave us a different code. The place was dirty, supplies, except for cleaning supplies, were inadequate. bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The toilet and taps were broken, and the ceiling was peeling. None of that was as bad as the overwhelming smell of sewer throughout the apartment. Response to us for a phone number was never ever provided. In my opinion I should be refunded for at least one night, if not 2. Very poor communication.
