I cannot speak too highly of The JCT. This Hotel offers luxury in the heart of London. Every room and suite I have stayed in has been superb and spacious with hi end furnishings and bathrooms. Wifi available throughout the Hotel and valet parking.Staff are extremely professional and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The Rib room offers a menu of the highest quality food in a relaxed environment. Breakfast can be taken in room, in the rib room or in the chinoiserie lounge. There is a swimming pool, gym, spa and hairdressers. The JCT is located just off Sloane St therefore a short walk away is Harrods and Knightsbridge, Sloane Square and The Kings Rd.
Arrive with 2 years old child! There was so many noises coming from outside from 10pm trough all night! Can't sleep, my back keeps waking up, my husband can't rest... mess. Went in gym after was told that was 24h, not sure if the receptionist don't pay attention to the costumers questions or if just said that to be quick! So went in gym at 9pm and at 10pm a lady came to me to make me rush, saying we're closing at 10pm... so went to shower... she literally was trying to force me to going out immidiatly and have shower in room... I had a very quick shower but I was shocked with rude atitude of making me feel in pressure and uncomfortable of begin try to do my hygiene after a rush exercise session in a gym from a expensive hotel... where you can't use the facilities 24h a day , and you can't sleep because of noises! So don't waste your money! There is fair better and same prices or less to enjoy London and have nice time without have to argue!
One the best hotels in London. Very clean and tidy room and toilet. Excellent complimentary upgrade for marriage anniversary. Excellent location near Hyde Park, many excellent restaurants and very famous brands shops. The lubby bar and restaurant offering very delicious and high quality foods.
As you would expect of a hotel of this quality, on arrival porters whisked our luggage away and took us to the reception desk. We were dealt with promptly and friendly, even being kindly upgraded because it was our 22nd anniveresary(we also received a bottle of champagne and some chocalate dipped strawberries). Our room was ready though we were two hours early. To a weary traveller all these things make a difference. Our room, I think a deluxe king-size with balcony was pleasantly spacious for London. The bed was very comfortable. The ensuite was perfectly ok but nothing special. A bit small and nowadays I like a separate shower. Apart from some coffee we didn't use roomservice but it seemed quick and efficient. All the staff were polite, respectful and efficient. Though everything seemed of good quality, this is not a plush or ornate hotel. It definitely has an upmarket business vibe. This is not a criticism I am just trying to give you a feel of the place. The one thing that did surprise me was when getting back to the hotel a bit late after a post-theatre meal, my wife and I asked for a nightcap at about 12.45am. We were told the bar was closed, even though there were still quite a few people still around. I would have thought there would be a bar open till 2 or 3 am in a hotel of this calibre. But overall we were treated very well and we had a very comfortable stay.
Most luxurious 5* hotel with excellent service. My daughter got married end of May in the exquisite ballroom with fabulous ambiance. Breakfast, lunch and canape was arranged in the glass room overlooking the splendid private gardens. Wedding and the reception in the ball room. We stayed for two nights, occupying a few rooms but our two rooms was to perfection with superb toiletries. Our only criticism was that one of the porters named Mohammed was really rude and not willing to help to load the car. We had magnificent experience in the lobby lounge sitting area as well.
Just would like to say what a great week we had at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel where we were so well looked after by the extremely friendly and obliging staff. It made our stay all the more special, the Fillmores
Walking distance from the shooing district including harrods. The breakfast is some of the nicest you can have in london in my opinion. very friendly staff throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone on business or visiting the city. As a family we have stayed here many and it never fails to disappoint.
There are many fine things about this hotel, but the quality of some of the fittings in some areas is erratic. We found the room well appointed, but were astonished when going to the pool area to find dead plants surrounding the jacuzzi. This is in a conservatory space, and plants should flourish, but sadly the gardeners do not water them regularly. There were also some tacky sections in the approach to the pool area with cheap, poorly installed artifical grass. This is certainly not what one expects if a five star hotel.
We spent 7 nights in tow rooms cost us plenty of money. First hotel in the whole world, you can not set in the Lobby, not because it is bussy, but the tables were reserved 24 hours accirding to the staf statments. Mr Alef, prevent us not to set in the empty chairs " it is 24 hrs reserved!! He said". This behaiviur gave me a conclusion that, I will never ever come again to such place. I recommed every one to save their money and chose another hotel. Regards Dr Meshari Alotaibi
We stayed in a junior suite for one night and only the weather let us down! The hotel is perfectly situated, a short walk into Knightsbrige or a longer stroll up to Sloane Square and Kings Road. It's busy and bustling: a large city hotel. Reception were efficient and friendly, the Concierge managed to rustle up an excellent massage therapist to visit the room within 45 minutes to deal with a back ache from the previous hotel and the bell boy was ahead of us with our luggage. The suite was very comfortable - plenty of space in the living area for the massage table to be set up too. A very rare win in that the lighting was easy to control and switches labeled so no blinding yourself in the night as you try in vain to find out which one doesn't turn them all on at the same time! Superb bed, right in the middle between soft and firm! TV in the tiny bathroom was a bit annoying, even when off it was right in the middle of the mirror! A shame we weren't there for longer.
