I recently stayed here with my wife for a weekend break. The location is fantastic for shopping and great restaurants nearby. All the staff were attentive but not intrusive and nothing was too much trouble when asked. We like the Jumeriah brand and the consistency in service levels means we can have always received a high level of service when we visit. This hotel didn't disappoint. Thanks very much.
Helpfully stuff and friendly and clean room. The location is fantastic. Is very close to Harrods's and shopping street. They have very nice coffee in the loopy and they is allot of taxi outside the hotel.
One of the nicest staff ,great location Nice clean rooms .we loved it so much this was our second stay in ju.eeiah carlton towers we consider it home away from home Shopping markets great restaurants all walking distance .
The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping as it close to harrods and Harvey Nichols, a five minute walk to knightsbridge street. The restaurant in the lobby has delicious sweets and has a chill environment. The rooms are average size compared to london rooms and the hotel service is pretty good.
Generally very helpful and absolutely nothing wrong at all. Junior suite fine with comfortable bed and a great view. There's a je ne sais quois missing right now which would make it a five - for the price it's probably nearer a three. That said, renovation just about to start - will try it again sometime.
Stayed at the Jumeirah Carlton tower in London first great location around everything . The rooms amazingly furnished . Beautiful lounge . Extremely friendly staff . I stayed in few hotels in London this one I can confirm one of the best . If you looking to do shopping in London and sight visits walking distance from everywhere . We made a one night stay at Jumeirah Carlton Tower and wished we could have stayed for many more nights. Every member of staff that we met at the hotel, whether it was on the Reception, in the Restaurants, on the Concierge Desk or in the Spa, were true brand ambassadors, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Our room was lovely with a very comfy bed. We ate at the Rib Room, which was fabulous. Ironically this restaurant is now closed, what a pity! We will happily return to this hotel in the future, it was superb x
One feature of this hotel is absolutely outstanding : The Breakfast! Private style with personal attention. Staff is just stunning. Quality and variety of food is brilliant. Try their cappuccino, and you'd wanna order another one immediately! Another good points are : Generous space in rooms, super location, royal style service. Bad points : old, tiny and dated reception area. When you enter hotel, a dozen of grandfathers are staring at you, as all the lobby chairs are so close facing the entrance. I'm not sure if they are all guests of the hotel, but it seems like they exist there instead of furniture. Same faces on the same places during 2 weeks of my stay. Overall quality is quite good, classic style with some modern fittings, like glass sink in bathroom, which is useless and not comfortable. Bed is one of a kind, super king size with expensive top-notch linen and pillows. Will stay there again definitely.
Beautiful hotel. Had a suite on the fourth floor. Bed was beyond comfortable, service was prompt and courteous. From concierge to front desk to manager, everyone looked after you as though you were a guest in their house. Breakfast in the morning is worth it, good selection and hot option are very nice. The bathroom in a suite that size could have been a lot bigger, as they usually are, but the shower was brilliant, great water pressure from a big rain shower that one deserves after a long day of traveling around the city. All around, a fantastic stay.
We love this place for a dinner treat. The beef is spectacular can't recommend it enough!! The atmosphere at dinner is warm and welcoming lunch times can be a little too quiet if I am being picky but still worth a visit.
