When we arrived at the correct address, there was no signage anywhere that indicated it was a hotel. Secondly there were lots of uncomfortable looking people loitering around the front and back doors making us feel very uncomfortable. We tried calling the hotel and no one picked up for 3 minutes. Very poor service given what we saw outside. We chose not to stay and stopped by a couple of hotels within the block. All had locked front doors confirming our sentiments. Sorry to have to be so dark about this one but they really have some work to do.

This is essentially an extended stay residence. The hallways had stained carpets and there was no sign indicating the entrance. The room looked okay.

Great location, with a dog park right next door. Staff was super friendly and room was really clean.

There was a charge for parking the car which was not mentioned on line during booking, toilet searts were so low and very difficult and awkward to reach toilet paper. Will not be returning there.

Have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and never had a problem. This time waited at front desk for 45 mins for check-in, only 1 person working there, also the exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. We did complain the next day at check-out about the wait time and were given free parking which was good. Will stay there again as its the forst time we have had to complain.
