This hotel is convenient for departing from Terminal 2 BUT and a big BUT. Arriving by car to check in and drop off luggage is a real challenge. The parking area under the hotel is only large enough to accomodate 2 cars. Then there are no porters, or luggage carts to offload luggage and check inn at reception 2 floors up accessed by elevator. So leaving the car in search of a trolley, or offloading luggage risks a parking fine. We received a 35 pound fine in the time it took to find a trolley and offload our luggage. At the very least the Hilton should always see that trolleys are available and ideally staff to assist .

It was a super short stay (less than 6 hours) due to a delayed incoming flight and a super early flight the next day, so I didn’t get to enjoy much about the hotel. However it is super conveniently located, clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet! That makes it a winner in my book!
