Stated here for a night with my friend it was an alright experience good and bad can be seen the beds are soft but only one pillow? My head woke up very sore and the heat of the room was dire thought I was in hell and with the heat the wallpaper starts to peel off the wall but it wasn’t the worse place I’ve been and the free shuttle bus was great thanks for that :)

Dirty, noisy and very uncomfortable! I wasn't expecting the Ritz at this price but the place was like a brothel! We got no sleep and checked out at 4 am in disgust! The bed was nothing more than a thinly covered bag of springs and the shower was filthy.

Easy to get there from the airport, take the 423 bus (free ride). Check-in was smooth, except for the fact that I was asked to pay the required £10 key-deposit in cash. They insisted a little bit, didn't mind taking euros or dollars, but I just didn't have cash on me and was happy to pay with a credit card. Funny enough, the amount held on the card is £1 instead of 10, which will be released after check-out. Single rooms with shared bathrooms are in other buildings. Rooms are small, but considering the location and the short stay, was fine by me. Please be aware that access to the Wifi costs £4, don't expect it to be free. The water pressure in the morning was low and taking a shower was a little bit tricky. I have no idea if it's a regular occurrence or I was just out of luck, but maybe you should consider going in first before other guests.

Stayed here after starting a new job and needing accommodation at short notice, checked in and was lead to a ramshackle house at the end of the road. I was given the keys to the room and the check in assistant Left. I walked in and really wanted to walk straight back out, the room was full of flies and the bed was full of ants, the receptions answer, keep the window open so the flies can get out, I was horrified! I understand you get want you pay for but this was awful. I lodged a further complaint when I checked out but they simply couldn’t care less. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was a bit difficult to get into, however there was plenty of parking was at a reasonable cost for 1 night. The rooms was comfortable and the restaurant was good with a good selection, however the service was a little bit slow.

Stayed here last night and fascinated, from reading the reviews, at just how many people were expecting The Ritz. Read the hotel blurb......If you book the cheapest accomodation around, that clearly advertises itself as BUDGET and BASIC, then you must expect to get just that! You get what you pay for. We wanted somewhere cheap, with a roof and close to Heathrow, as we had to be at airport very early the following morning. With that in mind, our BASIC, BUDGET room was fine: - clean bedlinen/towels - shared bathroom ok (although didn't use shower.) -friendly/courteous staff. -ONLY 5 MINUTES DRIVE TO TERMINAL 5! - friendly pub right opposite, serving good priced meals late into the evening. Pub grub and excellent Indian selection. (recommended) - Able to sleep. OK, the room could have done with a lick of paint and I wouldn't stay here for a holiday(!)....but for one night, for only £30 and so close to Heathrow, it was fine. If you want the Ritz, pay the price!

Flew from Dublin to Terminal 5 and had checked the location from here to the Heathrow Lodge. I was charged £15 in a taxi which is an absolute disgrace so find out if there’s a bus going instead. Check in was fine and staff were friendly. Room was clean but extremely basic and had a shared bathroom. Got the free shuttle to terminal 4 from such a friendly staff member. The Heathrow lodge is ideal for a layover but nothing more.

1 night stay before flight. Speedy check in and friendly people. They say no frills so what you get is, guess what, no frills! Its pretty sparse but there was a kettle and my loo even had a seat on it which is more than my pal had! If you want a cheap stop over then this is the place. Pub dead opposite so that helps.

We needed an overnight stop after a late flight arrival and before a long drive up north so chose this "accommodation" last minute and based on price. After shoe-horning the car in the awkward car park (which you have to pay for), we were smacked in the face by a wall of body odour before even reaching the front desk. The smell was so off-putting, I couldn't wait to get back outside where our room would be located over the road in a converted house. Yes, I appreciate it's a budget hotel but so is Travelodge but I bet they own a hoover for their entrance carpets. The stairs leading to our room, we're in full view of the unflushed toilet and interestingly decorated bathroom. You may want to consider a self-closing door. After being greeted by the shifty looking "neighbour" in the next room, we took one look at ours, decided against contracting whatever disease awaits in those sheets and promptly handed the keys back. You can keep the £27 - perhaps to buy some soap? Or air freshener?

We stayed here for one night. It was one of the most dirty motels we have stayed. Weird stains everywhere. Thin walls so you can hear other people snore and it is located in a ghetto like neighbourhood. They had two showers the lower shower didn't feel like it was cleaned and with the upper one you had fear someone could have been watching with how dodgey this place was. Atleast the shuttle service was nice. Would not recommend not even for this price.
