- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator. This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children but does not accept pets. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. The TV in the second bedroom is internet-access only. The homeowner's cleaner visits every Friday afternoon for three hours to clean.
