So lovely, comfortable and welcoming, you never want to leave. Location is easy walking from shopping, theater, great restaurants. Rooms are charming and beds are dreamy. We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely!

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well as neat and clean. The staff was most hospitable and inviting. The whole experience was outstanding. Concierge made everything work perfectly for us.
