Bad choice

First of all, we have booked a different place initially. But check in didn’t work at all, they didn’t provide any information how to access the apartment. Eventually we had to contact fewo direkt! Then they gave us a different property- that was bigger and with a great view, but …This was the most uncomfortable place we’ve ever been to. The windows didn’t close properly, so it was cold enough to wear jackets inside. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. And maybe they have cleaned the floors and parts of the bathroom. However, walls, cupboards, handles… you didn’t want to touch any of this. We should’ve claimed back the cleaning fee. Never ever again
