We were unpleasantly surprised when the host gave us the wrong location, but this was quickly corrected. The rented apartment wasn't maintained! I can't explain the positive feedback and high ratings. The photos accompanying the reservation make the apartment look brand new, but it's very neglected. There's a lot of deferred maintenance, and mold is prevalent in the bathroom and kitchen. Damp patches have been covered, among other things, and there's a pungent odor, which is unpleasant. Moisture drips from the single-pane windows, and a small heater has been added to the apartment because the electric wall heater isn't working. This won't make much of a difference in the summer, but it's unpleasant during the winter months. The apartment is on the ground floor near the entrance to the complex. The windows don't open and are locked. There's no key to open them for fresh air, and the passage past the window to the entrance of the complex and the neighboring apartments is noisy. The location is much further from the city center than described. The text has now been updated. The neighborhood is dingy, and sometimes it's uncomfortable to walk the streets in the dark. There are no positives. You can't change the neighborhood, but you can change the apartment, which needs a serious overhaul!
