My stay was excellent, brilliant value - super close to Liverpool street station. Very safe street, lots of amazing places to eat and bars. The staff were super friendly, it was really easy to check in after hours. The room was basic, but super clean and the bed was very comfy. I will definitely be staying again, such great value.

This was a great property for our 2 week stay. It’s very close to Liverpool St Station and bus stops. There are several food options near by. If you like pub food at a reasonable price Hamilton Hall (Weatherspoons) is real close too. Staff were very helpful, laundry was easy to use, everything is available by request for the apartment so don’t be afraid to ask. Great stay and I would definitely stay again.

The worst part is LEAVING this amazing Stay. The stuff was always very friendly, the view of our room was breathtaking. The room and the equipment perfect. Celebrated my birthday in London and had such a great stay at Chapter Spitafields. The grounds are kept clean and well-maintained - loved the access to the outdoor terrace & lounges. Perfect place for solo travelers and large groups. I always felt safe. Amazing location and even better staff! From the AM to PM teams, they were super helpful, accommodating and friendly. Thanks to Yetti & team for helping make my stay a comfortable experience. They even wrote “Birthday Girl” on my key card envelope! So sweet :)

Insgesamt enttäuschend. Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt fürs Sightseeing ist super und auch Supermärkte sind im die Ecke. Das Personal an der Rezeption machte einen eher genervten Eindruck, eine Mitarbeiterin war sogar sehr unfreundlich. Die Schlüsselkarte war anfangs auf ein falsches Zimmer freigeschaltet, das kann grundsätzlich passieren, dann kann man sich aber dafür entschuldigen. Das Bett war viel zu klein für 2 Personen; eine 2. Decke, die am 2. Tag angefragt wurde, hätten wir erst am 3. Tag (von 3) bekommen, aus ökologischen Gründen haben wir dann darauf verzichtet. Leider gab es nur 2 unbequeme Barstühle an einem Hochtisch zum Sitzen, obwohl der Platz für eine kleine Sitzecke vorhanden wäre.
