The Space:
Welcome to this modern 90 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on St Annes Court in the heart of Soho. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 single bed and 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway. Both bathrooms have a shower/bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Excellent location and very clean. The apartment is right near Oxford Street, with tons of shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and it’s also close to Soho and the West End theatre area, so everything central London has to offer is easy to reach. The host was attentive and even provided a baby cot and a high chair, which we really appreciated.
My host was ao communicative! Any questions i had he got back to me fast. We loved the charm of his place! The location was fantastic and there was so much space for our family! I would recommend a new mattress in the room with the TV but otherwise, we would definitely stay there again! Thanks for the hospitality!
Great Soho location, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the apartment was given the area. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and Tottenham Court tube station is just a block away.Guests should be aware that this is a four-story unit with no elevator. The living room is on the ground floor, the kitchen and additional living space are on the first floor (with no bathroom on that level), two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the second floor, and one bedroom with a bathroom is on the third floor.Our only drawback was that the apartment is located directly above a restaurant, and kitchen odors were noticeable inside the unit at times.Overall, the location is excellent, the layout worked well for our group of four adults, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
