Four day vacation stay in London

We booked our apartment during our four day stay in London as part of a longer holiday trip to the UK from the USA. The apartment was bright and sunny and had been thoroughly cleaned before our visit. The bedrooms and bed were very comfortable. The apartment was well appointed with everything that we could have asked for. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well as close to the London Bridge Underground station which we utilized often. We had a few minor issues and were very thankful for the prompt, 24-hour customer service that was very responsive and quickly resolved our questions. Thanks to the entire team! Highly recommended.

Good stay

Inside of apartment is in stark contrast to outside of apartment. Much nicer inside. Lift works well to apartment which was good. It is a 10 minute walk to collect/drop off key which is a bit of a pain - they could do with something a little closer. The area is great - loads of little independent restaurants that are well worth a visit. Children’s park virtually across the road. Welcome pack mentioned is fir the bathroom not kitchen although there was washing up liquid and some teabags/coffee in the cupboard. Quick response from what’s app re queries.

Comfortable apartment near London Bridge

Very clean and comfortable apartment with short walk to London Bridge tube station. We enjoyed a lovely weekend in London. The place to pick up and drop off the key was about half a mile from the apartment, but was a simple process. The host was very good at responding to questions and very helpful.

Family of Four for London stay

Very convenient location near London Bridge. Very close walk to Underground station and Borough Market. 15-20 min walk to Tower of London. Easy transit from Heathrow as well. Clean. Host attentive and responsive through Whats App to solve issue with picking up the key and responsive in general to any question asked prior to arrival and during our stay which is what you want when traveling abroad.
