Really enjoyed the breakfast options, loved having the lift option for our top floor room, staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was very enjoyable. The area around the bar, Hotel was very safe and had a lot of small restaurants to eat at. The staff and the food were excellent. A short cab ride to Piccadilly Circle for all kinds of awesome shopping. We had a double room. Keep in mind rooms in England are not that large. The bathroom was excellent. I highly recommend this boutique hotel experience!

Despite both of our windows overlooking the Main Street we were not disturbed at night. The room was clean, bed comfy. The mini fridge had a couple of bottles of water on arrival which was great.
