Came from nyc to London -No communication for days before our trip. So, in a taxi to the property from the airport and the representative finally said ..."oops, that property is not available - but we have another property that's even better! - not!!' A totallly tired property in an out of the way location -the pictures lied.Total Bait and Switch!!!!!We had to call around at 10:30 pm at night for a hotel for 2 adults and 2 childrenMy recommendation would be to avoid these people- but of course it's your choiceGood luck Fortunately btw VRBO was terrific and gave us a totally appropriate full refund
