Large living room - dining room with super equipped American kitchen (60m2) giving access to a large terrace (25m2) on the first floor. 3 comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and 1 separate WC on the 2nd floor, garage, bathroom and 1 WC on the ground floor, 1 WC on the mezzanine.

inzwischen haben wir zum 2. Mal das Ferienhaus besucht. Es ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt praktisch keine Wünsche offen. Schön an diesem Haus sind die kurzen Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden, Gucken und Essen ein.Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very enjoyable stay in Loctudy

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse à 2 pas de la plage de Langoz. Aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée. Parfaite localisation pour profiter de Loctudy, l'île Tudy, la pointe de la Torche (à 20 min en voiture), le phare d' Eckmühl etc!

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem schönen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich. Selten haben wir eine vollständigt eingerichtete Küche gesehen. Es fehlte an nichts! Die erhöhte Terasse ist auch sehr schön. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Strasse wo doch tagsüber und auch in den Randzeiten etwas Verkehr ist und der ist mitunter sehr flott unterwegs. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen super Urlaub gehabt.

Très belle maison proche de la plage

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison qui est à la fois spacieuse, très lumineuse, bien équipée, pratique et bien décorée. Elle est idéalement située à deux minutes à pied de la plage de Langoz et à quelques minutes à pied du port, des commerces et des restaurants du centre-ville. Loctudy est une commune très agréable, qui a su conserver son charme en conciliant ses activités traditionnelles de pêche et le tourisme. Elle offre plusieurs belles plages et constitue un bon point de départ pour découvrir le pays bigouden. Merci pour ces belles vacances !
